My sole focus is helping my clients. My goal is to acheive the best outcome for every client in every case. I strive to provide exceptional representation to every person who puts their faith in me. I know that getting the best outcome requires me to be available to my clients, to communicate with them, and to keep them involved in their cases. I answer my clients' phone calls because that is what an attorney should do and because I know that it leads to better results for my clients.

I was named one of the Top 10 Attorneys in Arizona by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys each of the last two years. I was also named to the National Trial Lawyers' Top 100 Lawyers. I believe that these awards reflect the quality of my work, but I care far more about what my clients believe than I do about any award.

Being a lawyer isn't just about going to court. It is also about getting someone through the difficult experience of being charged with a crime. The best outcome can be a a trial victory, a dismissal, diversion, or a favorable plea agreement that protects my client's interests. Ulitmately, what matters is protecting my clients and getting them what they need.

I come from a family of lawyers who are committed to their clients and who put their clients first. I am an Arizona native and I have been around the law all of my life, so I know that the laws in Arizona are often harsh and that law enforcement isn't always fair. These realities make it necessary to have a zealous advocate who really cares about the outcome of your case and about what happens to you.

I have represented clients on charges ranging from minor traffic offenses to murder. I have experience getting favorable outcomes in courts at every level in Arizona and This experience is vital to defending my clients. Honest, hardworking and reliable

Zach did a diligent job in my representation

Zach was a public Defender assigned to my case when we me met. Zak talked to the judge and got me the deal i was looking for, and very soon after started his private practice! even after he was no longer a public defender, Zach still to the time to help me with my case. i highly recommend Zach!!!

Until recently, a small part of my practice included a contract where I was hired to represent indigent clients. I enjoyed helping those who couldn't afford to hire an attorney. I always tried to treat them exactly how I treated the clients who hired me. Unfortunately, I became too busy with my practice to continue with this contract. Of course, this has allowed me to make myself even more accessible to my clients.

Best Lawyer Ever

If you have any problems and need an attorney Zach is the one to call. He goes beyond the call of duty for his clients. He knows the system inside and out and will help you come to terms and fully understand the situation at hand, guiding you through every step of the way. He is honest and fair and will not judge you for anything you have done. He not only defends you while you are in court, but after you have been sentenced. He has helped me understand what I need to do to get the life I want and inspired me to change my ways. He also helped me tie my tie before sentencing because I didn't know how. What other attorney would do that. If there was a tv show that followed real lawyer's the subject would be Zach. I can say honestly that when I was in court I felt bad for every one else being sentenced before my cause their lawyers could not shine a light on the abilities of Zach. If you want the best deal you can get call Zach.

An excellant attorney

I contacted Zack before I was even charged. Zack was helpful from the very first phone call in calming the fear about the potential charges to come. He worked to lessen the possibility of more severe charges against me even before the prosecutor made a charging decision. I am convinced that his subtle contact with the prosecutors resulted in charges that were more palatable and I ended up with the best outcome in my case. Throughout the entire time, he was always there when needed either by phone, email or in person visits. It's hard to imagine going through a difficult and stressful case like mine without such a supportive and attentive attorney like Zack. He clearly cares about each and every client and is highly recommended.

Respectful, attentive, confident

Zach was always respectful and attentive. His confident demeanor kept me at ease during a stressful time. He always answered my phone calls promptly, and was very thorough and patient in walking me through the steps of every process and all possible outcomes, all the way to trial. (My trial ended up being dismissed.) I highly recommend.

Zach Storrs

I would highly recommend Mr Storrs ! He handled my case professionally and got me better than my desired result . He never judged me and always kept me up to date on the progress of the case. He truly cares about your situation and goes above and beyond to get your desired result. I live out of state and he took care of all my appearances and even got me a plea over the phone which was great. I have had to use many atorneys in past but Zach is by far the best and most qualified and id recommend him to anyone that's In need of help !!!

Amazing public defender

Zach Storrs was extremely helpful and informative when dealing with my DUI case. He had great rapport with the judge and prosecuting attorney and I believe that led to my reduced penalties. He's very knowledgeable of the law and kept me aware of all of my options during the process. He's also very personable and down to earth. I made a mistake, but I never felt like a criminal when working with Zach. I really appreciate the work he did for me and I highly recommend him.

Zach Storrs has the skills

He was friendly and easy to communicate with, I felt confident with him as my lawyer. So, in my case we went to Trial.. And when Zach cross examined the police officer he asked him "Do you know what the statue definition is?" ( for the crime they accused me of committing) And guess what! The Officer was stumped....He had no idea what the law was for the crime he tried to charge me with. My case was dismissed and I was free to go. Thank You Zach! I would definitely recommend Zach

Really good lawyer

i had zach as my lawyer a couple months back i am realy happy i chiose him to help me. I felt i was in good hands. He is really responsible and helps you trough your case till the end speaks to you with the truth and makes you feel safe in his hands. He really cares about his clients. If lawyers received MVP awards, he would definitely have the most!

Zach Storrs is great at what he does. I am so thankful for him as my attorney and being on my side, every step of the way. He gave me the best outcome for my case, as what he promised to do. He knows his stuff, and what really got me, was that he actually cared about myself, and my well being. Cared for the Client

Zach helped me immensely in what turned out to be a very drawn out speeding offense. Because I go to school out of state, he was able to take care of everything in the AZ area during my case, while keeping my informed of any occurrences. The case ended up being drawn out over the span of a year, and Zach remained professional and caring throughout the process, having my back at every twist and turn. Authentic

Almost 6 years ago I met Zach Storrs, as he was to be the attorney to represent me in my felony DUI case. I walked in his office already well versed in what I wanted and what I needed... I'm not quite sure he knew what had just walked in the door or what to do with me after I left. Zach sat across the desk from me and he LISTENED to what I had to say and when I was done he respectfully replied and used my own words in telling me how he could help me and what he would try to help me achieve. Anyone in AZ facing a felony DUI already knows there is a mandatory 4 month prison time, it's a class 4 felony and probation. I had already turned my life around and was putting blood, sweat and tears into creating a life that was "rehabilitated in the states eyes". Zach fought hard for me during the 5 month fight. He kept me informed, educated and he worked the best deal for me. Zach is an educated, experienced, passionate man who I experienced as authentic. He either answered the phone or returned my call in a timely manner. If he didn't know the answer he would tell me that he would find out and get back to me and he did. Zach went a step further in that once my case was over he still answered my questions, he still responded to my emails or calls. With Zach's education I have now received my rights back and have successfully been granted a set aside of my case... as it turns out I "am rehabilitated more than in the states eyes" and am so thankful for Zach. I would recommend Zach Storrs to anyone in trouble.

Zachary Storrs is a Remarkable Lawyer

I would definitely recommend Mr. Storrs to anyone in need of help in the criminal justice system. I met him almost six years ago while sitting in jail, unsure of what my future held. I was coming off of drugs and facing some serious prison time. The one thing that stood out to me the most, is the way he never judged me. From the moment we met he helped me way out all of my options. He was willing to fight for me and that meant the world to me. He took time out to speak with my family and helped me prepare for all of my court proceedings. He gave me several helpful ideas of useful things to do with my jail time to help my case. I was able to get advice on how to get all of my open charges taken care of at one time so that, I could try and put my past behind me. With all of Mr. Storrs hard work, he was able to get me a minimal plea agreement with the best possible outcome. This was a very hard time in my life and it was very comforting to have such an incredible Lawyer to help me through it. I am truly grateful to know Mr. Storrs.

Recommendation of Zach Storrs

I encourage anyone with criminal legal issues to retain Mr. Storrs to represent them. My daughter was facing substantial prison time for numerous drug charges. Mr. Storrs walked us through the entire legal process every step of the way, explained everything, and worked tirelessly on her case. In addition to all the legal work Mr. Storrs was doing, he made recommendations of things that our family and friends could do that might help get her sentence reduced. I believe Mr. Storrs gave my daughter's case the same time and attention that he would give to one of his own family members if they were ever in trouble. The outcome of my daughter's case was the absolute best we ever could have hoped for. I hold Mr. Storrs in the highest esteem. Not only is he professional and very knowledgeable, he is a very kind individual who treats his clients as real people with real problems. Great lawyer!

Was very pleased with my dealings with Zach, he kept me in the loop and knew everything and anything about how to deal with my DUI. He provided me with every route I could go and explained very clearly and thoroughly the process my long case had to go through. I felt like I could always reach him via email or phone too. Family Attorney

Mr. Storrs was instrumental in getting my son's drug felony charges reduced to misdemeanors keeping him out of jail. This allowed us to get my son into a residential treatment center and has remained there for the last several months. I truly believe by keeping my son out of jail and the court system, allowed him to get the treatment needed that saved his life. Mr. Storrs was extremely responsive and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Mr. Storrs.
