Adam Feldman

Adam Feldman is by far the best!! I was facing 26 years with 6 sex offender charges, and when charges were filed they arrested me and booked me in jail. At that point I had already hired another attorney and everything they said would not happen, HAPPENED!! When they came to see me in jail I asked th...em when I would get bail. Their response was "you won't", you would have to fight the case from jail. All inmates in jail said the same thing. At that point I fired that attorney and hired Adam. The 1st visit from Adam was very reassuring, positive and he told me what I wanted to hear. And 3 weeks later I was out on bail!! This case went on for 4 years and through that time period Adam was very personable and stayed on top of things by pushing on the prosecutor to insure things were moving forward. When it came to trial Adam became another person. At some points Adam seemed like he was not paying attention but he did not let one thing get by. Adam is professional, intuitive, thorough, consistent and to the point. After facing 26 years with 6 SO charges I walked away with standard probation!!! And the only reason I rcvd that sentence was we had 4 charges not guilty in trial and 2 they could not come to a conclusion. We were set for a 2nd trial when the prosecutor kept coming to us with deals. And his final deal was assault on a child/vulnerable adult with standard probation. And after probation the felony turns into a misdemeanor. So to save my wife and kids from having to go through another trial I accepted the deal. Again, Adam is by far the BEST!!!

Let me start off by saying that I found myself in a situation that I never thought I would find myself in. What I thought would be a thoughtful thing to do ended up being a nightmare that began to ruin my life. I ended up in jail and had 5 charges against me. Count 1: Aggravated Assault-class 3 felon...y, Count 2: Criminal Damage-class 6 felony, Count 3: Criminal Damage- class 2 misdemeanor, Count 4: Hit and Run w/ Injury-class 5 felony, and Count 5: Theft-class 6 felony. I was facing a mandatory prison sentence of 7 years just for count 1 and up to 15 years in prison including all 5 counts. Needless to say I believed my life was ruined. I had just gotten my degree in the medical field and I had goals for the future but with this on my record I knew it was never going to happen especially with my fingerprint clearance card being suspended. I spoke to a couple lawyers and I was dissatisfied with all of them. To me they didn't seem like they were going to be aggressive/experienced enough for my case. Let me say the prosecutor was a bi**h from hell. I wish i could describe her better. She tried to find any little piece of evidence to screw my life over. That being said, Adam nailed it! I was completely impressed. He owned his nickname 'Pitbull!' He did the necessary investigation and spoke to the parties involved and got as much information as possible to defend me. The verdict came back not guilty on all counts! Now something that made me a little unsure about my case was to me before trial Adam seemed very chill and layed back while I was bugging out. Honestly it made me doubt him a little but he completely put my mind at ease day 1 of trial. Side note if you have cops involved like I did, he'll slay them. Anyway, honestly I could go and on because there was a lot of craziness that went on but I hope what I did write helps you in making your decision. If you choose not to choose Adam, I hope the defense you find helps you. If you do choose Adam, don't just sit back and do nothing, work with him and let him defend you! Sorry I know this isn't very proper but I feel I need to say this. I am black, so if you are a person of color, you know how AZ is with us at times especially when it comes to cops and court.
