Top Notch Attorney

I hired Mr. Lackey to represent me on a harrassment case out of Mesa, AZ. After a 4 hour trial I was found Not Guilty. This was all due to the excellent representation by Mr. Lackey in court. Great guy, awesome attorney

I had a case against me for White Collar Crimes, in a situation that had me feeling rather hopeless. Cary helped me throughout the case, making himself available at almost any time for my questions or concerns, and he went out of his way to contact the prosecution and make requests on my behalf. Ulti...mately, we were offered a deal and I was let off with minimal circumstances. Though it was my first time having an attorney, Cary was understanding and helpful, and he explained everything in detail so that I could understand the process or documentation better. I would highly recommend him to anyone, as he's a highly competent and capable individual.

Great Attorney

Mr. Lackey is a competent and skilled attorney. He devoted a generous amount of his time and effort to meeting repeatedly with the prosecutor of my case, putting in several motions and eventually bargaining my case down until my charges were dismissed entirely. I was completely satisfied with his rep...resentation and I would certainly recommend him for his consummate expertise and professionalism.

DUI related questions

I contacted Cary today (Sunday) for some questions about a DUI related traffic stop that I recently experienced. I was not charged at the scene and I was allowed to leave by the officer, however I still had some concerns so I wanted to speak to an attorney. Despite the superior recourses of assuming state prosecutors, my case was dismissed with prejudice soon after my trial began.
