Amazing lawyer

Mr. Davidson has been my legal representation for what is now going on 7 years. Without a doubt, he has been the finest lawyer that I have been involved with. Not only is he a really nice guy that doesn't view you as a 'criminal' like so many others do, but I personally felt that he genuinely cares about the well-being of his clients and wants the best outcome for us. Having moved out of Arizona after the original situation, Mr. Davidson has helped me get my issue set aside and now sealed under the new Arizona legal code (which everyone should take advantage of if you can and need to). He clearly knows what the judges like to see, as I have not lost with Mr. Davidson representing me. If you are in need of a criminal attorney that knows how the prosecution works, how the judges judge, and a friend that will guide you through the process of (let's be honest) usually a bad situation, choose Mr. Davidson. He responds to your issues quickly, is affordable, and a nice guy that won't let you down.

Joshua Davidson was a Godsend. When I discovered that charges were going to be filed against me, I did not know where to turn, so I contacted my aunt in Scottsdale, who is a lawyer. She recommended Joshua Davidson because, though she did not know him personally, a colleague of hers had commented that if he ever needed a criminal lawyer, that is who he would call. Mr. Davidson aided me through an extremely difficult time of my life. This was my first experience with the judicial system, and Mr. Davidson was with me every step of the way. He is exceedingly empathetic and professional. He knows his trade and having him by my side gave me confidence that I could make it through my circumstances. Fantastic results!!

It’s difficult to express how fortunate and grateful I am to have retained Mr. Davidson as my attorney. I was in the process of accepting a new job when the background check reported a warrant for a felony possession charge that was seven years old (actually 5 years since Arizona waited 2 years after the incident before sending a summons to my former address…). I thought they never pressed charges, what a nightmare. To make matters worse, I was charged with a serious felony after this incident, thus I was technically ineligible for Diversion and facing up to 4-1/2 years in prison. For a very fair price, Josh took on my case and leveraged his relationship with the prosecutor to ask for additional consideration. He was eventually successful in obtaining a diversion offer from the DA. I’m now in a 10 week program that will get this charge dismissed. Not only was he professional, knowledgeable, patient and responsive, he achieved what was most important to me. This charge is going away! Thank you so much Josh!

My adult daughter sought legal representation due to a DUI. After speaking with a public defender and three private attorneys, she chose Josh to represent her. I am so grateful for the dedication, compassion and professionalism he demonstrated over the ensuing months representing her. Josh was steadfast in plea bargaining and the outcome was better than we hoped. The judge “heard” the remorse and impact a harsh sentence would have had on her. Strongly Recommend

The Law Offices of Joshua S. Davidson PLC is a great choice of contact. I contacted Joshua back in August of 2021 because I was going through something with the court. He was very professional and responsive, answered every email and phone call right away and attended court sessions with me on time. At first I was worried because of COVID that I would not be able to get through to him when I needed to but he was even willing to meet with me in person and worked with me and my crazy schedule to meet. I really appreciated his flexibility. I was always updated on everything that was happening regarding my case. Great Service

I hired the Law Offices of Joshua S. Davidson back in 2015. I was very nervous as I had never dealt with anything that significant before. I worked directly with Joshua who helped me to resolve my case. Joshua was great to work with. He addressed every question I had and had a calm demeanor throughout the case which helped calm some of my nerves. Not only did Joshua help until my case was resolved, but he has continuously provided assistance throughout the years. I have reached out to Joshua periodically to ask questions on my case as they come up. Years after, I still get a timely response and a well thought out answer. Set aside

Criminal defense, probation violation, interstate compact

Joshua Davidson represented my brother back in 2016 for felony charges and was able to facilitate a favorable plea agreement. 2 years later after my brother transferred probation through Interstate Compact, he was arrested on a probation violation in MA. I called Josh immediately and he provided all the information relating to the situation. My brother was extradited and Josh represented him again and obtained a favorable outcome of probation reinstatement as well as the judge's approval to refile for interstate compact, which was not what the state was recommending. Josh is always responsive and I have never called and not been able to speak to him when I needed to. He visited with my brother weekly leading up to the hearing and was in close touch with me leading up to the hearing to make sure I had the most current status considering the complications with the pandemic and quarantines at the jail. I can't recommend him enough.

Successful outcome. Extremely professional, available, straightforward -- great lawyer

I came to Josh desperate for help as this is my first run-in with the law - drug related offense. I am also out of state, so it was great to have him there as a physical presence. His experience on the prosecutorial side was very beneficial both in helping navigate my options, but also in putting things into plain terms to help me maintain my calm during this stressful time. He clearly communicated best and worst case scenarios, and allowed me to live my life while he went to work for me in the background. I was worried when hiring a layer that I would be handed off to an associate, but Josh works with you directly. He gives you a personal phone line to which you reach him at directly, or if email is preferred he will get back to you within an hour or two (at the very least confirm he received your email and will respond later). Josh helped me get the best possible outcome for my case (did not move to prosecution) so while I know I was very lucky, I'm not sure the same outcome would've happened with a different lawyer. Also he's just a nice person. Thank you Josh! I hope I never need your services again... but if someone reading this is like I was and doesn't know where to turn with criminal charges in the Phoenix / Scottsdale area, Josh is the person to call.

Found me a desirable outcome for my case

Joshua Davidson was my criminal defense lawyer after I was charged with a few felonies and misdemeanors. He was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to get me probation instead of jail time and was able to get me a deal that allows me to have no felonies on my record if I successfully complete my probation program. He never gave me false promises of what he can do, but was able to get me a desirable outcome nonetheless.

Great outcome; very responsive.

Josh was responsive and took great care in preparing for the case, knowing that proper documentation would set the stage for a favorable outcome. It took a bit longer than I had expected it would, but COVID played into that taking a bit longer. All in all, a very good outcome, and good communication.

Highest possible endorsement

I retained Josh Davidson's services for a legal matter in Arizona. As an out-of-state resident, I was lucky to have some connections in the legal profession who were able to refer me to Josh. He handled my matter with professionalism and skill. He was always quick to respond any time I reached out to him. His communication in that regard can't be overstated -- when you need your attorney, you need your attorney! And Josh and his staff are extremely responsive. His representation in this matter secured the most favorable result, and he explained every part of the process clearly and carefully in layman's terms, so I knew exactly what to expect. Excellent Criminal Defense Attorney

From the time my charges were files, Josh was fully devoted to my case. I was impressed at how thoroughly he went through the details of my case and even took the time to explain the process and make sure I was aware of the steps he was taking. Josh was able to find holes in the prosecutor's case which he used as leverage to negotiate a plea deal. The case was ultimately resolved favorably and the sentence I received was greatly reduced from the initial charge. I would highly recommend Joshua Davidson to anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney.

Highly Recommend - Reliable and Competent

Would highly recommend Josh Davidson. I started with another legal firm and was consistently passed off on junior staff / administrators and I did not feel that attorney cared personally about my case. Any time you have a case it is the most important part of your life and regardless of the outcome, you need someone to advocate for you and be personally invested in your case. Josh did this at every turn - was always available via phone and email, responded to my concerns and carefully explained every part of the process. It is 100% worth paying Josh's rate for this - do not be fooled, as I was, paying for another firm's discount option - you get what you pay for. Also helped that he was able to negotiate a plea agreement that will allow the case to be dismissed - excellent outcome.
