Biography
Sam Alagha practices in the areas of personal injury, and wrongful death litigation.
Sam graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies. He graduated from University of San Diego School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2008. During law school, Sam participated in numerous mock trials and negotiations tournaments. He won first place in the University of San Diego negotiations tournament and participated in the regional competition.
After law school, Sam joined the Maricopa County Public Defender’s office as a trial attorney. Sam has extensive trial and motion practice experience with over a dozen trials as first chair. He is a 2012 graduate of the Arizona State Bar Leadership Institute. Sam is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Appointments Committee and the Fee Arbitration Committee of the State Bar of Arizona.
In 2014, the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys selected Sam as a Top Ten Personal Injury Attorney under the Age 40 in the State of Arizona.
