I was so impressed by her professionalism and knowledge of the law.
To put it simply she was amazing . Very diligent in her work. I had went threw five different lawyers before coming to her and I wish I would of not wasted my time with all the others and she would of been first.

Busted with marijuana - Ann saved the day
I received a misdemeanor citation for possession of marijuana. Never was in trouble with the police before. Ann focused on resolving the problem without fuss. She knew the city prosecutor well. Got me a plea in abeyance so no conviction occurred. She returns phone calls and emails promptly. Def...

Compassion and professionalism
I had scheduled an appointment with another attorney at this firm, but he was unable to make the appointment. Ann was there and offered to consult with me. During the consultation I could see the heart felt concern on her face as I explained my situation. That compassion that she showed during our in...

Absolutely Outstanding Criminal Defense Attorney!
Ann was exceptionally adroit at negotiating the sometimes terrifying minefield that is the criminal justice system, particularly in negotiating her way through multiple jurisdictions and charges. Not only did she always provide us with a comprehensive picture - warts and all - of the situation(s) in...

Best Lawyer in Utah!
We went into the case knowing the exact outcome I wanted and she didn't stop until we got that outcome. I went from being charged with a DUI to getting off with a traffic violation. Every time I emailed her she always responded and informed right away once she heard news from Judge or Prosecutor. If ...
"Ann is a a guiding force in the legal community and criminal defense bar. She is both assistive and engaging in tackling the hardest issues facing not only her own clients, but the criminally accused population in general. Highly recommend."
"I wholly endorse this lawyer. Ann isn't just a fantastic attorney, she is a great person. She personally cares for her clients, and takes a personal interest in their case and their future. She knows the law well, and provides competent representation that can be difficult to find in this area of law. I can say with confidence that if I were to have difficulty with criminal law, she would be the first person I called."
"I endorse this lawyer. She is a fantastic lawyer. Annie wears the prosecutor down by filing well thought out and convincing legal briefs to win her cases. She is tireless in defense of her clients. She has a lot of experience in the courtroom and she obtains great results for her clients. She has absolutely all the skills and unrelenting drive you want in a trial lawyer."
"Ann is one of the most compassionate attorneys that I know. She is a zealous advocate, great writer, and even better trial attorney. Her devotion to her clients is beyond admirable, and something that I hope to achieve someday in my own practice."
"Ann Marie and I were invited to judge the BYU mock trials this past year. Ann Marie was a delight to be with during this event. She provided students with valuable insights on effective trial advocacy and did it with humor, intelligence, and accuracy. I would highly recommend her for any criminal defense matter!"
"I endorse this lawyer. As a former prosecutor/opposing counsel I had several opportunities to work with Ann and always appreciated and admired her hard work and ethical practices. Ann has developed a great reputation and rapport with clerks, judges and prosecutors and that goes a long way in obtaining good results for her clients."
"I endorse this lawyer. When I first met her years ago I was impressed by her intellect and it has been impressive to watch her use that intellect to become and experienced and skilled attorney."
"Ann is a dynamic lawyer who listens carefully to her clients. She sees the big picture and seeks every type of relief available. She knows the law inside and out and is the person I go to most often for advice on my own cases."
"I endorse this lawyer. Annie is one of the most caring and compassionate attorneys I know. However, dont let her caring attitude fool you. She is more than happy to go to the mat and fight it out for a client when the need arises."
"I have sought Ann's advice on many occasions. Ann has deep knowledge of Utah case law and is my "go-to" for arguments on how to keep damaging evidence out of a court room. I recommend Ann to anyone facing a difficult criminal charge in Utah."
