Felony reduction

I had a felony hanging over my head from 25 years ago, that I thought I got rid of. Apparently they forgot to reduce my charges upon completion of my probation.(cannabis charges) I contacted Jemming‘s law office when they would not expunge this from my record when I applied a few years ago. Their tea...m was very knowledgeable about how to take on this process, updating me every few months on what was happening. It took about a year and a half for the process to be completed. But I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am know Felony Free! I recommend Jemming’s laws to everyone….Thanks Again!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

After speaking to a few lawyers, we ended up choosing Jonny. Jonny was extremely knowledgable and helped explain everything with the best and worst possible outcomes. He made sure we got the best possible outcome, and he succeeded in making that happen. I would highly recommend Jonny and his team to ...anyone and will be using him for the expungement

Jonathon Jemming will get you the best outcome possible. On top of being well connected inside the legal system, he is diligent in reviewing all aspects of your case and transparent about each step of the process. Fight or Flight

Working with Mr. Jemming has been absolutely fantastic. He is understanding and informative, helping me make decisions that work best for me in my case. Mr. Jemming explained the consequences for both sides of either fighting the case or taking a deal. I decided to fight, and the outcome thus far as... been in my favor. Thank you to Jemming Law I was able to make an informed decision and come out on top because of the knowledge Mr. Jemming provided to me before hand. I know that Jemming Law is the best defense I could ask for and that I have put my faith in the right hands.
