Best attorney ever! I had a hard time finding the right type of attorney that handled my "type" of case. I technically owned my home with an ex that lived there 4 months of the 6 years I owned and I was looking at selling but needed and attorney to help force my ex to let me sell it (never married, d...on't ever buy a house with someone you aren't married too!). He was the ONLY attorney that I spoke to (and I spoke to soooo many) that had actually handled a similar case prior, so he had the experience. He knew exactly the steps to take and was able to get this all done very quickly. (Mind you I also was selling my home while living in another state to make it even more complicated!) I would highly highly highly recommend this awesome human being. Very professional, very on it, kept me informed the whole way, accomplished everything while working hand in hand with an awesome real estate agent of mine. Thank you Robert!

I will never hire another attorney unless Robert tells me that he doesn't handle a particular area of law, and then I'll pay him his minimum just to get a recommendation. Robert Cummings is an incredible attorney!! He stands behind his clients 100%. He takes the time to review cases with you and educate you on the laws and he plays the, outcomes for you. His knowledge of the law and case referencing is incredible. He is very honest with your time and money. He is no...t afraid to tell you that the case will go no where or if you are just better off settling the case. I feel thats his main concern is that you keep your money in your pocket rather than paying him dollars to chase pennies. We had a case where we won a settlement against a previous client, and in our out reach to collect money from her. She decide that she would try to sue us for distress and in the blink of an eye Robert was all over it. Roberts communication skills are incredible and hope I will one day be to his level. When you are suppose to provide him information or documents he sends you reminders. He is very good about making sure things are taken care of before the deadline, he does not let things slip though the cracks. I had a problem that came up and I shot him a text message and within an hours time the problem was solved. He does not like to waste your time or money!! I high recommend him his drive, honesty, and knowledge puts him miles above all other attorney’s!!

Robert isn't just an Attorney, he is a confidante, listener, advisor, and someone who puts the clients needs before his own. I had the unfortunate experience of going into a court room battle, but the silver lining was Robert's conviction to my case. He handled it with pure professionalism.
