Outstanding!

I can not praise Attorney Susanne Gustin enough!! She agreed to take my daughter’s case when every other attorney I spoke to told me there was no hope in reducing her class three felony charges. Thanks to Ms. Gustin’s knowledge of the law, her diligence in pursuing what is possible and a determinatio...n to see this situation through to the end, she was able to have my daughter’s felony charges reduced to Class A misdemeanors. This has given my daughter a new lease on life and now new opportunities will open up for her. She is an outstanding attorney and I’m extremely grateful to her!

Exceptional Advocate!

BLUF: Susanne is the most exceptional advocate! My son faced the most horrific charges, which he was unable to confront due to a car accident and other traumatic events in his life. Susanne's knowledge and skills surpass all others, proving invaluable in navigating the judicial system. She restored m...y son's life by demonstrating the utmost respect, resourcefulness, and attentiveness. The only attorney I would ever hire is Susanne Gustin!

I am the victim of immigration fraud. My ex wife accused me of a serious sex crime in order to get U.S residency. I was unfairly arrested, put in jail and charged with a first degree felony. Susanne, my family and I fought for over 3 years to prove my innocence. I am happy to say that Susanne has sec...ured a plea deal and I got 90 days in jail and I will be able to be home this Christmas with my loved ones! Thanks Susanne!

I was accused of a sex crime with mandatory minimum of 1-15 years in prison. It would have been pretty impossible to win at trial especially in a state where LGBT issues generally are viewed by juries unfavorably. Susanne arranged a favorable plea deal that resulted in less than half a year in county... jail and I’ll have a chance to rebuild my life as a good citizen rather than spending a giant portion of it in prison. She was consistently communicative and so helpful. Thank you!

Outstanding Lawyer

When our granddaughter found herself in a very difficult situation and accused of assault, Susanne was able to get her sentence greatly reduced and she was able to avoid prison. Susanne is very competent and professional and is dedicated to getting the best outcome for her client. From the very begin...ning she encouraged us that she could help our granddaughter and she did. We were able to reach her and get our questions answered. She is very experienced and has earned the respect of the prosecutors. She is an excellent attorney and we strongly recommend her to help a person get their life back on track.
