Attorney Kurt London handles personal injury cases in Utah and Montana including vehicular accidents involving automobiles, commercial trucks, public transportation, pedestrians, motorcycles, and bicycles. He also handles cases involving wrongful death and dog bites.
Originally from Southern California, Kurt graduated from Brigham Young University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science. Kurt completed his Juris Doctorate at the J. Reuben Clark, School of Law in 2016.
While in law school, Kurt was an editor of the Brigham Young University Law Review. He was President of Phi Delta Phi, a legal honor society, and the Trial Advocacy Team. Kurt also had the opportunity to compete in several Moot Court and Trial Advocacy competitions across the country. Due to his participation in the local and legal community, he was awarded the Faculty Award for Meritorious Achievement and Distinguished Service and the Public Interest Service Award.
Immediately following graduation from law school, Kurt worked for the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center for two years. Kurt spent his time advocating for people’s rights and fair justice under the law as he assisted his clients that were wrongfully convicted of crimes they didn’t commit in Utah, Nevada, and Wyoming. Kurt then worked extensively with Utah personal injury clients at Robert J. Debry & Associates.
Now a part of Craig Swapp & Associates, Kurt is excited to continue to zealously advocate for his clients throughout Utah and Montana.
Kurt’s personal interests include traveling, camping, hiking, swimming, weight lifting, exploring, and reading.
