I consulted with Ashley regarding a divorce matter after having concerns about my current representation. Her observations about this complex case proved to be very insightful and helpful. She immediately grasped the issues, and shared insights my lawyer had not raised and I had not thought of. Her knowledge of the law was impressive. She combined this with an easy demeanor that demonstrated the confidence of a competent professional who knew what she was doing. From the time I first spoke with her there was never a doubt in my mind about her competence. Usually, it can be difficult to communicate with attorneys because of their busy schedules; however, big or small, if you have even the slightest concern or question about your case she will make the time for you to go over whatever it is that might be bothering you. Simply put, Ashley sincerely cares about the cases and clients in her charge, and the quality of her representation truly shines in a court room. She will fight for your rights as if they were her own, so when she was able to have my case dismissed I wasn't even the slightest bit surprised.

Ashley did a fantastic job representing me in my case. Through her professional skillset and knowledgeable arguments an outcome was achieved that met my goals and expectations. Her "about me" is spot-on with the experience I had with her. She was strong and dedicated providing great defense but in a less adversarial manner which I greatly appreciated. I walked into Ashley's office a new mother about to be homeless because of my son's father. I was afraid and didn't know if I could even legally take my Colorado born son back to my family across the country. Ashley was not only compassionate but also very level headed during this emotional time with me. My case was not a divorce but a tough case nonetheless as my son's father wouldn't participate in time and was exceedingly difficult to reason with. Ashley navigated the case without hesitation and kept me in a very realistic mindset of what the outcome could be. In the end she executed the order of proof flawlessly and won our argument with opposing council. My son now receives the support so desperately needed to raise him & give him the life he deserves. Ashley is a knowledgeable and skilled attorney, and I'm pleased I retained her services. Ashley helped me navigate the challenges of divorce, including child custody and parenting agreements, spousal maintenance, asset distribution, mediation, and more. She and the team at Littman Family Law kept me appraised of deadlines, politely pressed me to provide documentation when needed (which I sincerely appreciated), and addressed my concerns throughout the process. Divorce isn't a pleasant experience, of course. Ashley guided me through the process and helped me find a reasonable outcome. While I certainly hope I don't have need of an attorney in the future, I know I'll be contacting Ashley and Littman Family Law if ever the need should arise again.

I couldn't give Ashley enough stars and this review won't give her or Littman Family Law Firm enough credit. I had a very long, drawn out divorce with every issue under the sun. Child custody, large amounts of money, protection orders etc. Ashley helped me through all of this and I ended up with the amount of custody I was asking for along with a bunch of my assets protected. The outcome that came was better then I had imagined and I am very grateful to not only have Ashley and the Littman firm as my lawyer but I also consider them all friends.

I am thankful for Ashley's compassion and understanding with my case. She and all the staff at the Littman Law Firm were very easy to talk to and prompt on their communication. Ashley is professional and level headed. Her calm nature was a breath of fresh air in the uglyness of divorce. Hiring Ashley calmed my fears. Nobody wants to have to hire an Attorney BUT, at one of the most scary times of my life I'm glad I found her! She was easy to talk to and she helped me understand the process of obtaining child custody. With her expertise I was able to protect my daughter!! David Littman was also on hand for even MORE expertise and showed true compassion for me and my case. Melinda in the office was also compassionate, prompt, patient, and so nice! I would recommend Ashley Emerson as an attorney. She was always responsive to my questions and concerns, and I knew that if I needed help right away, I could count on her and the Littman office for assistance. As with most divorce situations, it can be an emotional roller coaster. Like with any case there can be a lot of ups and downs and trying to receive the appropriate advise can be a bit overwhelming. With getting advise, availability was never a concern with the Littman Group, anytime I had a question or needed to talk to someone right away, if Ashley was assisting other clients, someone was always there to listen. As time got closer to court, having never been involved with the legal system before, my nerves were all over the place. Ashley delivered her skills not only with the my child's best interested in mind, but also my concerns and in result, I left the court room feeling my first sign of relief in nearly three years. I strongly recommend Ashley Emerson's services to others who may be in the same position that I was once in, when feeling the threat of having to introduce your child to a way of life.

I had a GREAT experience working with Ashley. From the very first consultation, I must have asked her a couple hundred questions and found her to be very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions and showed to be truly sincere of my situation and really wanted what I wanted which was what was best for my son! Ashley was available to ask further questions or was able to get back to me within a reasonable time. She was always able to reassure me when certain situations changed that i thought would hurt our case. Ashley was able to recommend other professionals that were necessary to involve in our case who were also very knowledgeable and sincere. Hands down, i felt comfortable with Ashley from step one in a very scary time of my life and would recommend anyone needing assistance in family law to seek her to be on your side. Ashley is a fair negotiator but if you are looking for a Lawyer that is" loaded for bear" to handle your divorce, I would recommend that you look else where. My end result was moderately acceptable but not what I desired.

Ashley was knowledgable and capable, unfortunately her office was repeatedly incompetent. I also had many times I received no response to my questions and emails. What made this more frustrating is that when I had to contact them again, they would bill me for the second contact essentially billing me twice for not doing what they should have done in the first place. After paying around $8000 with almost no progress in my case, I took matters into my own hands and handled things myself. All the forms you need are on the court website, depending on your situation you may save yourself $1000s filling out your own paperwork, rather than paying them to fill out the forms based on the info you give them anyway, they kept screwing that up too, by changing financial numbers I gave them (and charged me for the screw ups) which could have been avoided if they simply asked me for clarification. Poor communication, but they never failed to bill me for their misused time.
