Eliza is a shareholder at Griffiths Law PC. Eliza’s practice is focused exclusively on family law related matters including divorce, allocation of parental rights, post-decree disputes, and child support matters. Prior to becoming an attorney, Eliza worked as a senior paralegal under the Managing Partner, Suzanne Griffiths, on high asset, high conflict divorce cases. Eliza has extensive knowledge regarding complex financial matters in divorce including trusts, business valuation, and income analysis. Eliza has presented on litigation case management techniques and is a co-author of the Colorado Bar Association’s Practitioner’s Guide to Domestic Relations Law chapter on trusts.
Eliza earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During law school, Eliza received extensive trial practice training including training in advanced trial practice with the Honorable Robert L. McGahey, Jr., and training in appellate advocacy with Supreme Court Justice William W. Hood, III. Eliza also received training in advanced family law under the instruction of the Honorable Angela R Arkin (Ret.). Eliza is a passionate advocate and brings a solution-oriented perspective to her cases.
