Clear & Truly Supportive Legal Guidance

I worked with Matt Tanda during a really difficult time in my life, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. From the start, he made me feel heard and respected. He didn’t just talk at me, he listened carefully and asked thoughtful questions that helped clarify what I actually needed.... What stood out most was his compassion. He genuinely cared about my family’s well-being and helped me navigate the custody process with both confidence and dignity. I felt like I had someone in my corner who was both strategic and kind. If you’re looking for a lawyer who’s not only knowledgeable but also deeply human, Matt is the one. I’m so grateful for his guidance and would recommend him to anyone facing family law challenges.

My family and I 100% do not recommend Matt

May was around as a replacement attorney on my high conflict fathers rights case, he was my 2nd lawer through the firm, he was great up until we had to challenge the custody agreement due to ongoing abuse from his mom and her new husband. At a meeting with the department of human services to discus...s a safety plan for my 1 year old baby (at the time), the state case workers told me that they didn't trust my ex to care for a child without supervision and Matt advised me to return my son to her abusive home anyways, mainly because I was a man and it wasn't my right, he tried to reason that we didn't have a good enough foundation for him to go after physical custody against my ex in a woman's state court... I fired Matt the same day, took a big hit with the $35,000 plus in shotty representation from this firm and moved on to a much more competent father's rights attorney. With better legal advice, and a huge uphill battle for 3 years following his overpriced misrepresentation, I have had my son's safe and sound in his own bed for years now, Had I stayed with Matt, that never would have become a possibility due to the doubt and unprofessional suffocation of hope their attorneys put my family through in an actual emergency with my little one. I hope nobody going through the nightmare that I had to deal with ever has to suffer such poor representation, I did reach out to Matt independently a few years back to let him know how everything turned out, I never got a response though, likely because the moral compass he was taught to use is crooked. To whoever might be reading this, best of luck to you and I and I recommend you find better counsel. And to Matt - Please have better faith in your future clients, we won what you said was impossible and you misrepresented my son and I, shame on you.

Not recommend him to friends

I hired Mr.Tanda for my divorce in 2017 and I was not happy with his work. He spend too much time on working out minor details with the other party instead on moving on straight forward to finalize the divorce. If I wouldn't have negotiated with my ex husband lots of major things without Mr.Tanda, I ...would have ended up paying a lot more money. And I already paid too much!
