I had a very unusual circumstance (like most of us needing a family lawyer). I was caring for my nephew for 2 years and was ready to take full custody from his birth parents. I was put in contact with Mr. Grob's law office by the Rocky Mountain Child Advocacy and boy they pointed me in the right dire...ction. Seth was extremely focused and determined since our very first interaction. He explained the process thoroughly and gave accurate timelines. Not once did he skip a detail or hide anything from me which is exactly what you need in someone you are trusting your future with. Seth was constantly in contact and constantly working on my case even despite the MANY roadblocks we encountered. I was an emotional mess anytime something came up that could potentially prevent me from adopting (Other family members objecting and taking me to court, not being able to locate one of the parents). After court date and court date and Seth winning at every turn for me, we reached our final court date this year in which we won adoption!! There was no way without his dedication, straight forward thinking, compassion, focus and overall sheer will power that my adoption would have succeeded. He truly is amazing lawyer and I would recommend ANYONE that needs someone to help them out!

Spoiler alert: All lawyers are expensive. Have you ever paid for something you really wanted and in the end you walked away empty handed? We attempted to handle our adoption case on our own but after many obstacles, clerical mistakes by the county and too much time, we decided to contact an attorne...y. Seth Grob came highly recommended from various sources. After we met with him, hired him, and began the process of adoption, we were told he was the right man for the job. Actually, we were told that there are truly only 3 adoption attorneys in the State who know what they're doing, and Seth is one of them! (The other two weren't revealed to us.) Our open-adoption (kinship/custodial) was expedited through the system because he could wisely anticipate the next obstacle and he was prepared with a solution. Yes, Seth Grob is expensive. But we didn't walk away empty handed! Our arms are full! We have a baby! Our baby has a home! And we have the birth certificate to prove it. I wish it wasn't so expensive, it wasn't in our budget, but, hey, who thinks they can afford another baby?

We used Seth for a surrogacy contract. Although his fees were paid for by the intended parents, we truly felt he had our best interests at heart and made sure we were very well covered in any possible circumstance. I would absolutely use him again and would absolutely recommend others use him as we...ll! Very very pleased!

My husband and I worked with Seth for the adoption of our daughter, which was finalized in September. We are now working with him on our second adoption as well. He is incredibly quick to respond and makes himself available to answer questions. Moreover, Seth is always looking out for our best intere...sts. With both adoptions, we've had unusual financial situations arise with other parties (not Seth, but other lawyers and agencies) and Seth has always been quick to advise us and made it apparent that our best interest was his number one priority. He is direct, which my husband and I find refreshing and gives the facts without telling us what we should do. It is clear that his role is to give us all the information possible, while respecting our right to make the ultimate decision. We have truly enjoyed working with him for the past year and a half.
