Hiring Seth Grob to represent us for our interstate custody and adoption case is one of the best decisions we made! It was money well spent. Seth has a stellar reputation in family and adoption law. Seth was honest and transparent throughout the process, which I really value. He was always respectful... and prepared. When we were in court, it was evident that he is a known entity and well-respected within the judicial system. He is a very experienced attorney and very comfortable in this real of family law. Before each proceeding, Seth would schedule a time to meet with us and prepare us for testifying and to set expectations for the proceedings. He did not over-promise, but he was definitely reassuring. We felt prepared at every step and felt confident in our legal representation. Seth’s knowledge and expertise are at the top of his profession. In addition to his legal experience, he contributed to many of the statutes and regulations in the state of Colorado and has lectured extensively on these topics. We hired Seth from Grob and Eirich to help with an adoption subsidy negotiation. He was both very professional and knowledgeable about the entire subsidy process. We were able, through Seth's leadership and direction, to get a get subsidy package that will allow us to better care for our little one... as he gets older. Hiring Seth was well worth the money. It wasn't easily coming up with the money for the retainer, but I am glad we did and it was worth it in the end.

Seth was awesome--he gave us a lot of time on the phone that he did not charge for, and really only charged for the actual legal work he did (not what I'm accustomed to with attorneys!). He also spent quite a bit of time explaining things to us in a way we could understand. He was very approachable..., kind, patient, and knowledgable. I highly recommend him!

Seth Grob helped our family through our adoption process with an adroitness with the intricate policies of family law. He was attentive from our introductory visit, and practical throughout the ups and downs of the process. His promptness of communication, and fairness with fees (he charges by the ...6 minute increment rather than the industry standard of 15 minutes) kept our costs down and he gave us frequent opportunities to do the leg work ourselves when possible to keep costs low. Spoiler alert: All lawyers are expensive. Have you ever paid for something you really wanted and in the end you walked away empty handed? We attempted to handle our adoption case on our own but after many obstacles, clerical mistakes by the county and too much time, we decided to contact an attorne...y. Seth Grob came highly recommended from various sources. After we met with him, hired him, and began the process of adoption, we were told he was the right man for the job. Actually, we were told that there are truly only 3 adoption attorneys in the State who know what they're doing, and Seth is one of them! (The other two weren't revealed to us.) Our open-adoption (kinship/custodial) was expedited through the system because he could wisely anticipate the next obstacle and he was prepared with a solution. Yes, Seth Grob is expensive. But we didn't walk away empty handed! Our arms are full! We have a baby! Our baby has a home! And we have the birth certificate to prove it. I wish it wasn't so expensive, it wasn't in our budget, but, hey, who thinks they can afford another baby?
