We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Seth Grob during our adoption process. Seth's reputation precedes him, and we saw this not only in Colorado, but also California and Georgia, as we were working with three states for our adoption. Our adoption journey prese...nted some challenges being we are a same sex couple and were working with 3 lawyers in different states. Seth did a marvelous job coordinating all aspects of our adoption. We worked with Seth for 2 years prior to being successfully "matched" and Seth told us from the beginning what to expect and how he would help us to achieve our dream of building a family through adoption. During the entire process, Seth was always available to support us along the way. He would respond immediately to any e-mails or calls. Our situation was unique in the fact that our birth mother changed her mind shortly after birth. Within days of taking our son home, she changed her mind again and decided to proceed with the adoption. Our adoption journey was a roller coaster ride in many aspects, and when we were matched, Seth made the remainder of the process go as smoothly as it could be. As a same sex couple, we found Seth to be very respectful, supportive, understanding and knowledgable about how our process would go. We had 100% confidence in his ability to complete the adoption and second parent adoption without a hitch, and that is exactly what happened. We will be forever grateful for what Seth has provided for us, and his role in building our family. We have since referred Seth to several of our friends,and if we ever found ourselves in the place again where we wanted to adopt, we know without a doubt we would be contacting Seth!
