Seth handled our infant adoption case which was complicated going from one state to another (Wyoming to Colorado). He was super knowledgable and helped us along every step of the way. There for a few months it was looking like we were going to have to go to court/litigation, due to our incarcerated b...irth father fighting the adoption. Thank goodness everything ended up working out and we didn't have to go to court after all, but we could tell we were in good hands with Seth if we had. He made a very scary situation more manageable by talking us through all possible outcomes.

My family was dealing with a complex and unusual situation involving my two kiddos. I have Cancer and needed to plan for ongoing care for the kids if I pass away, but unfortunately the kids' father was not a viable future caregiver given a history of abusive behavior toward them. Given the nuances and complexities of our particular situation, I was frankly amazed and so impressed with how efficiently, professionally and effectively Seth guided us through each step of the process.
