We would highly recommend Seth to anyone looking for an attorney to support them through a guardianship and custodial adoption. Our little girl came to us from a hard place when she was five years old. Seth guided us through the process of filing for emmergency guardianship, then permanent guardiansh...ip and a year later, custodial adoption. Seth handled our infant adoption case which was complicated going from one state to another (Wyoming to Colorado). He was super knowledgable and helped us along every step of the way. There for a few months it was looking like we were going to have to go to court/litigation, due to our incarcerated b...irth father fighting the adoption. Thank goodness everything ended up working out and we didn't have to go to court after all, but we could tell we were in good hands with Seth if we had. He made a very scary situation more manageable by talking us through all possible outcomes.
