We retained Seth Grob for a complex interstate traditional surrogacy case, and we couldn't be happier with his representation. Traditional surrogacy is especially legally complex since the surrogate is also the egg donor (meaning the surrogate is genetically related to the child). Seth was able to walk us through the various ways our scenario might play out. For instance, he was able to explain that in one county in Colorado we might be able to obtain a pre-birth order, but in another county it might be better to take the route of a second parents adoption for me (the legal but not biological mother). Because our surrogacy was interstate, with our surrogate a resident of New Hampshire and then moving to Georgia part way through the process, Seth was able to call on his professional network of attorneys in those states to find someone to represent our surrogate. He consulted with those attorneys to understand and communicate to us the nuances of each jurisdiction, which he then explained to us clearly.
