Seth A Grob

From the moment we sat down I felt comfortable with Seth. He is knowledgeable, realistic and offered us all available options in our complex surrogacy arrangement. We spoke to many lawyers who could not help us. Seth didn't hesitate to give us a thorough assessment of our situation and sound guida...nce through several options. Seth definitely knows his business and we strongly recommend him.

Seth was a breath of fresh air when others could not handle our challenging case. He is absolutely the best adoption lawyer out there. I could not recommend him more highly. He was available and answered our questions compassionately and intelligently and even met with us the same day our adoptio...n case went awry. We now have a beautiful new baby in our family, and without Seth I'm not sure the outcome would have been the same. Even if our case had not turned out, I would have highly recommend Seth!. His office staff and partner, Tim, are also phenomenal. They are easy to talk to and have the experience and knowledge to put your mind at ease.

Seth was very prompt in response to any question I had regarding my gestational carrier contract. He was very knowledgeable and it was clear he has a lot of experience with legal contracts. His suggestions were very helpful and I was comfortable asking him any kind of question with the legal wording ...in the contract, any law that I was unaware of and how specifics in the contract would affect me. I would highly recommend him.

I did not care for Seth's manner and feel he was bilittling and condescending. He professed to be an expert but would not take the time to explain or answer questions for us. In the end, we found out that the advice he'd given us was not correct and we hired another lawyer. He charged us over $400... for a few emails and condescention. When asked to refund the money his response was no, and he referred to the amount we paid as "very little". Regardless of whether we disagreed with him or not, he did not give us a feeling that he was well informed about our situation or that he cared much more about anything than getting the check. Luckily for us, we moved on to someone we feel was better suited to meet our needs.
