We recently moved to Colorado and Seth Grob came highly recommended from our attorney in California. Seth helped us with both guardianship and subsequently adoption of our two nephews. I had a very unusual circumstance (like most of us needing a family lawyer). I was caring for my nephew for 2 years and was ready to take full custody from his birth parents. I was put in contact with Mr. Grob's law office by the Rocky Mountain Child Advocacy and boy they pointed me in the right dire...ction. Seth was extremely focused and determined since our very first interaction. He explained the process thoroughly and gave accurate timelines. Not once did he skip a detail or hide anything from me which is exactly what you need in someone you are trusting your future with. Seth was constantly in contact and constantly working on my case even despite the MANY roadblocks we encountered. I was an emotional mess anytime something came up that could potentially prevent me from adopting (Other family members objecting and taking me to court, not being able to locate one of the parents). After court date and court date and Seth winning at every turn for me, we reached our final court date this year in which we won adoption!! There was no way without his dedication, straight forward thinking, compassion, focus and overall sheer will power that my adoption would have succeeded. He truly is amazing lawyer and I would recommend ANYONE that needs someone to help them out!

Seth is an incredible attorney. When I first met him I had so many questions. He walked me through all of my options as a single parent. I decided to pursue infant adoption. Seth spent time with me and explained how to write my letter to prospective birth parents. Once I wrote it, he provided feedbac...k and guided me in setting up my book. That was so helpful because it made the task of creating my book so much easier. Once the birth parent opportunities started to come to me, Seth carefully walked me through each one and answered all of my questions. He was very professional, quick to return calls, and made every effort to obtain more information about the birth parents if I needed it. I will never forget the call I received from Seth when my daughter was born. I think he was almost as excited for me and my son as we were! Seth checked in on us and handled all of the details during our waiting period after I brought my daughter home. I felt that I could focus on my family and not worry about details of the adoption because he was taking care of all of it for us. Seth Grob is a fantastic attorney. He is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Seth to anyone who wants to adopt a child, or learn about all of the options possible for growing a family.
