Don't know where to start, it was such an honor and a blessing to be represented by ms. Overall, her energy, professionalism and work ethic were appearant from the start of my case. This was a case that other lawyers had marked off as almost impossible to win, while another lawyer commented that the ...favorable outcome was "nothing short of a miracle", personally I believe it was GOD all-mighty's doings in sending me to such a qualified, dedicated and professional lawyer. On April 28 2018 I was falsely accused of and arrested for several felonies I did not commit. I decided to take this case to trial and was scared to death never having been arrested before. Elisa was very supportive of me during the trial and helped me remain calm and focused while facing the trial o...f my life. Her legal knowledge was invaluable during the trial and as a result of her hard work a dedication I was acquitted of all charges. This young woman has a very bright future as an attorney and I highly recommend her.

I hired the Noble Law Firm concerning post-conviction relief on a conviction that was over 14! years old. Ms. Elisa Overall handled my appeal. Ms. Overall’s briefs, alone, were enough to convince the Prosecution and the Judge there were significant due process violations. As a result, her arguments... negated the need for a Hearing and my old conviction was dismissed. Again, this was after 14 years. I am very appreciative of her knowledge and hard work on my behalf.

Elisa handled our appeal in a county where the odds were stacked against us because of it's tendency to promote former prosecutors to the Judicial level (Jefferson). Our case involved a misdemeanor at the county level, which means that our appeal to the next level was the district level. The judges... at these levels work and socialize with each other all the time and are usually unlikely to turn over one of their buddy's decision. However, the way Elisa laid out our appeal made it pretty much impossible to disagree with our position. She was concise, logical, and her references to existing precedent sealed the deal. Even if, for some reason, the appeal hadn't gone our way, I can't imagine our argument being laid out any better. When you work with Elisa, you will know that you have an attorney who is 100% on your side, and will go above and beyond for you.
