Highly recommend

Thankful I didn't need him, but would have hired if I did!

I ended up in a situation I never thought I would be in and started googling lawyers right away. Colin was the first I called. He answered when I called after hours and was able to get me in for a consultation the next day. He spent a long time answering all the questions I had and made me feel very comfortable even though I was stressed out. I met with a couple other lawyers, but in the end decided I was going to hire Colin. To my surprise when I went to court I was offered quite a deal and didn't end up needing his services, but I will be recommending him to friends and family if they ever happen to be in a similar situation.

Highly recommend

Colin is an amazing lawyer. He was with us for over a year of many court dates and was always there for my husband and family. Him and his staff are excellent and I would recommend anyone who needs help with sexual assult case to hire him. He is very upfront and honest with an amazing presense in the court room.

Best criminal lawyer in the state of Colorado

Colin and his team are amazing, supportive and thorough. Colin understands the system, he knows how it works and keeps pressing for justice. Knowing I was innocent , falsely accused victim of a wicked divorce, he attacked as he could. Case dismissed. Long process, that I will never understand, however; one that he knows all to well and was a true blessing of calm and patience. I would most highly recommend Colin Bresee, I wouldn't trust anyone but him. And his Team. Bless you !

The best Criminal Attorney in Colorado..HANDS DOWN!

My daughter needed a lawyer, and I hired Colin. He was to the point, kept me totally informed. He did an excellent job on her case, and provided her with the best possible legal counseling. She had a wonderful outcome of her case. I couldn't have been happier, and would highly recommend him to anyone who have a complicated case. Thank you Colin!

A miracle

I had multiple felonies in multiple counties. I was an addict. The public defender worked out a 12 year prison sentence. I have a family, kids a life. I know what a real lawyer is, and who is just trying to get my money! I spent the money on M. Colin Bresee and I NEVER went to jail or prison. I got a short probation. I owe my life to Colin!

Disappointing

Nearly all the advice given was 1) inaccurate and 2) income driven. Steps were taken that enriched him and were not at all necessary for my case. Once he had my money, he was always too busy for me on top of that. I don't think he is a bad person, but I think his income is his priority over the needs of his clients. I eventually had to find a new lawyer and kiss the wasted money I gave to him goodbye. Very disappointing. Heads up!
