A tenured attorney, Kevin earned his Masters of Law (LL.M) from the California Western School of Law; his Juris Doctorate from the University of Richmond School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Boston College. Kevin is an active member of WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel as well as the Trust & Estates and Elder Law sections of the Orange County Bar Association. He has also been published in the OC Lawyer magazine multiple times.  Service to his local community is important to Kevin, and he provides pro bono services at the Veterans Legal Institute and serving on the Board of Trustees for St. Joseph's Hospital. Most of all, Kevin enjoys being a husband and a father of three.

Trust Preparation
My wife and I were very pleased with the service that Kevin, Carolyn and Hannah gave us during the preparation of our living trust. They have an organized process for trust preparation, which was helpful to us in gathering the required information for the document. Kevin walked us through each of the major decisions we would need to make, and was good about giving explanations of the pros/cons of the various alternatives. The final trust package was thorough and Hannah took time to explain each of the main sections to us. Overall, Kevin and his team were very professional and enjoyable to work with. Mark Krikorian

We put this off for so long Just didn’t feel comfortable with some of the lawyers we met with. Then our financial advisor introduced us to Kevin. Walked us through the whole process; let us interrupt with questions he was already going to give us answers to; made us comfortable with the entire process (and it is a process). Most people have no idea what is involved with creating a trust even though you think you do. It can be overwhelming! Not so much with the Snyder team. Kevin eases you through the tough decisions. Very Satisfied with Snyder Law
My wife and I have four children and eight grandchildren. We have a beautiful home in Orange County and a significiant mutual fund portfolio. During our retirement years we want to enjoy traveling and spending time with our extended family. We desired an estate plan to help us acheive our goals; to protect our financial security and help provide for our grandchildren’s formal education. Our several office visits with Kevin and his staff really put our mind at ease. He showed us how to protect our estate when life-changing events inevitably happen. His flow chart diagrams and whiteboard discussions helped us understand family trust regulations and how they affect our decision process. Throughout our discussions he encouraged us to ask questions. A large percentage of our mutual fund portfolio is in two types of tax sheltered accounts; Rollover IRA and Roth IRA. He showed us how to protect these accounts so that the money will be available to us and our grandchildren. We are very happy that we chose Snyder Law to generate an estate plan that works for us.

The Best in the Biz
Snyder Law does an incredible job of making you feel comfortable with the complicated world of estate planning. Kevin is especially adept at taking those cloudy concepts and making them clear through the whole process. I especially like that they are focused on staying in touch with us through the years via their loyalty plan. I don't have to worry about hidden lawyer fees, I just pay once a year and I am covered when it comes to any topics regarding protecting my family. I highly recommend Snyder Law!

Professional and Caring
When it came time to get serious about estate planning, we had the good fortune of finding Kevin Snyder with Snyder Law. It was obvious from the start that he and his staff take a personal interest in the needs of a client. We were most impressed by his presentation of an understandable outline of the entire process. Not only that, but he and his staff took an affirmative approach to move the process along with an open line of communication. Very pleased with every step
I had my living trust restated with Snyder Law and I am extremely happy with the results. My initial trust was setup through an online service that while it gave me peace of mind, there was nobody there to go over each section of my estate plan and confirm that it was prepared the way I wanted it. I found holes that needed to be covered and the expert help of Kevin and Carolyn have helped me feel that my wagon will be taken care of.

Excellent experience
I was given Kevin's contact information thru ARAG which is a legal benefit my company offers. I was in need of creating a Trust and Will. Right from the beginning, this has been a great experience. I was made to feel welcome, he answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued client. The final product (revocable trust and will) is incredibly thorough and addresses so many potential issues I would never had thought of. I met Carolyn when I went in to sign all of the paperwork....she is delightful (I can just picture her reading this and laughing), very knowledgeable and professional. This is a chore that I have procrastinated about for years and Kevin & Carolyn have made it so easy and, yes, FUN!! I can't possibly give any higher praise and I HIGHLY recommend their office. I may make up reasons to stay in touch with them :)

Very Professional, Quick and Efficient. Highly recommend to anyone!!
I made contact with Kevin not even two weeks ago and he has been extremely quick and efficient with all responses, providing clear instructions on what was needed to be completed by me. He was able to go to court early to represent me in my DUI court case where the judge did not find any violation of probation against me. Kevin has already given me all the required referral paperwork to get re-enrolled into a DUI class program and back on track. Helped me through a hit and run charge.
I was charged with hit and run with vehicle damage. I backed into a smaller car in my SUV and didn't feel or hear the collision. I learned a lot about hit and runs and how easy it is to commit one ( like opening your door and hitting the car next to you on accident ). Kevin and Jessica and the rest of his team got my charges dismissed.

Effective results.
I understand that every case is different and complex until nature. However having a wonderful experience that I had with Mr. Snyder, one would argue that Mr. Snyder is above reproach when it comes to dealing with cases that seem out of the ordinary. "I had the pleasure of being in the same training class as Mr. Snyder when we were first hired on by the Orange County Public Defender's Office. I knew from the start that Kevin was going to be a star in the office, and I was not wrong. He is undoubtedly one of the hardest working public defenders in the office, and he will surely be on the letterhead there someday. We were assigned to juvenile delinquency together, and he clearly cared very deeply for every one of his young clients. I remember watching him in trial as he defended a young man accused of some rather serious acts, and he did an amazing job, making particularly good use of an expert witness he retained to testify about how children's memories function.
