Jeffery L. Weeden

I recommend attorney Jeffery Weeden. I was involved in a traffic accident and received a careless driving citation. Jeff represented me and accompanied me to my court date. He negotiated a plea bargain with the district attorney that I was happy with. Just as important as his negotiating skill wa...s his ability to counsel me. I went from facing months of litigation, numerous hearings, a possible loss of hunting privileges for years and about $10,000.00 in fines/costs to NO loss of privileges, a "manageable" fine/donation, and most importantly CLOSURE in about 15 minutes actual court time. Mr. Weeden responded to my email immediately. He understood the problem with the summons and said he would try to talk to the clerks in the courthouse, I'm in Texas and he is in Denver. He did that and avoided having to show up in front of the judge. I was able to pay the fine on line. I would recom...mend him highly.

I went to Mr. Weeden after I personally filed a petition to seal a charge on my record. The judge not only denied my petition but also stated that any future petitions would also most likely be denied. After meeting with Jeff he prepared and filed an exceptional petition to seal. I initially found Jeff Weeden in 2005 when I was seeking advice about lease agreement issues. During our work together, I found Mr. Weeden to be very personable and have been impressed by his straightforward and honest explanations of the law.
