Dane was and continues to be a great resource and a valuable attorney and I couldn't be happier to have him on my side. I felt he understood my needs and had a very good comprehension of, in my opinion, a very complicated, drawn-out custody case involving a step and biological child. He understood th...e challenges associated with the case and kept me updated with any new information or deadlines, which was extremely invaluable to me in a time of great uncertainty. He was able to guide me through difficult conversations with the children's other parent and was very thoughtful and helpful when needing help on how to reply in a constructive manner. Many a times I would be frustrated at a conversation or situation, and he would help me deconstruct and analyze the situation to respond in the best way. He was thoughtful in the way where he knew I didn't come from a lot of money, and he would do what he could to help keep meeting or conversations short and to the point to reduce any unnecessary costs to myself. Custody cases are a costly experience, but I believe it would have been much more costly if it wasn't for Dane and his dedicated hard work, which to me was invaluable. To me it seemed it he wasn't working just for a paycheck and money, but he actually cared about me, my situation, and my family. During the trial, Dane knocked it out of the park in my opinion. He was determined, assertive, all the while appearing calm, confidant, and collected. (Which definitely helped me with my own confidence in the case, which was admittedly low at the time.) He was on point when hearing arguments and knowing when exactly to object or question a comment or situation. At no time did I feel lost or confused in the process, and he would continually keep me in the loop. He would offer advice to prepare and answer all the opposing attorney's questions which helped immensely. Keeping it simple and honest, which can be hard to find these days. I would recommend Dane to anyone dealing with either a high-profile or everyday regular person custody/family law case. Whether it be custody, divorce, or any family law issue, I firmly believe Dane will do all that he can to help you in getting what you need, and he'll do so with both passion and compassion.
