Examine the bankruptcy options available to clients within the various chapters of bankruptcy, including chapter 7 (liquidation) or chapter 13 (payment plan), including whether or not a client qualifies for each chapter and the relief available under each chapter of bankruptcy. Also explore non-bankruptcy options available to clients to determine if bankruptcy is the appropriate for the client.
