Mitch Geller spent roughly a decade as a journalist before going to law
school, running two newspapers and freelancing to magazines locally and
nationally. He received a B.S. degree in Journalism from the University
of Colorado in 1973. In 1979, Mr. Geller received his Juris Doctorate
degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and was
licensed to practice law in October of 1979.
During law school,
Mr. Geller served as an investigator for the Colorado State Public
Defender's Office and later served as a law clerk for Denver District
Court Judge Alvin D. Lichtenstein. Immediately subsequent to law
school, he practiced as a trial attorney for the Colorado State Public
Defender's Office for a period of two years and has since been steadily
engaged in domestic, criminal, and civil practice.

Mitch Geller defended me in an agreement dispute with a real estate company in the early 90's. He was so much better than the other attorney it was embarrassing.
