Special Needs Child Support Modification

Jim Bailey's legal knowledge, enthusiasm, litigation skills, case management, and client communications are outstanding. Jim empowered and guided me to produce my own best efforts and effect in my case. My adult child requires 24/7 line of sight care. Protecting my son's eligibility and access to ser...vices is not well-understood in Family Law. Jim listened to and managed my concerns about son's eligibility preservation and his needs. Jim effectively represented those eligibility concerns and my son's needs in Court. Jim also supported me to be a credible witness for my son's needs. Although the Respondent and his attorney did all they could to make this an expensive and unpleasant experience for me, Jim provided continual support and helped me be hopeful for a desirable outcome, which was achieved. I will recommend Jim to other families with children with special needs as a caring, effective attorney.

Outstanding Appeals Attorney

Mr. Bailey superbly handled my case, which (in my opinion) was one of the most unique divorce appeals cases in the state of Colorado. Because of the unique legal challenges that my case brought forward, it took uncommon and unexpected twists and turns at both the CO Appeals Court and the CO Supreme... Court. Mr. Bailey handled it all in a confident and professional manner and kept my side the case focused (all while I was worried about the case's randomness). He is an excellent attorney, his support staff is also excellent and on the ball, and I highly recommend them for your appeal.

This man knows his stuff!

I was so pleased that I hired Jim Bailey to represent me in my divorce. It was a very complex case and Jim was incredible to work with. He is so intelligent and good at what he does and knows the law so well. He always kept me in the loop with my case, was completely professional, always returned... phone messages immediately and held my hand through out the entire process. He always treated me with respect and dignity. I had interviewed several other attorneys before I hired Jim. The others promised the moon, whereas Jim was very honest and realistic at all times. I also feel like my bill would have been much higher if I would have hired another firm. James Bailey was worth every penny and I would hire him again in a heartbeat! I was so grateful to have him on my side. I have referred many people to him and will continue to do so.

Has served us well

We hired two different lawyers for a family law matter before finally finding Jim Bailey, and the difference between the first two and Jim are like night and day. Rather than bash the two before let me give you his strong points: he listens, he is honest with you without being condescending or abusi...ve, he does the work: researches the case and prepares you for court and IN court he will stand up for you and he KNOWS the law.
