About Sean
Biography
I am licensed in all state courts in Texas and New Mexico. My practice focuses mainly on estate planning, asset protection, and wealth distribution. I have been a Certified Financial Planner since 2007 and often use the knowledge and insights I gained while working as a financial advisor to recommend, develop, and implement comprehensive estate planning and wealth strategies.
As one of 16 practicing Texas attorneys with the CFP® designation, I know the value that this designation has had for many of my clients. Whether in a divorce, corporate, retirement planning, or estate planning setting, the knowledge, insight, and thoroughness gained by obtaining the designation has been invaluable to my clients.
I am married to a wonderful West Texas woman named Alyson. We have a young daughter, Camryn, with another baby on the way. As native West Texans, we have gained much of the same values and experiences that my clients possess. This has translated into a successful practice and clients becoming personal friends.
My goal is to provide my clients with excellent service at a fair price. If I don't know the answer to a particular legal issue, I will let the client know. Estate Planning

Joint Trust

Living Trust
