Board Certfied in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of legal Specialization. Large firm experience as a partner with the personal touch of a boutique firm. I provide comprehensive estate, business, asset, tax, succession planning, and probate advoidance services. I also provide transition planning for ranchers and farmers.
I and enjoy golfing and like to travel. College football is my favorite sports event to watch and the Iowa Hawkeyes are my favorite team.
I was raised on a farm in Northwest Iowa and particularly enjoy representing ranchers and farmers. Based on my education and large law firm background, I am able to provide the owners of private companies and high net worth individuals comprehensive planning and legal representation in the areas of wealth preservation and transfer, business planning, including structuring liquidity events and tax planning.
My practice includes providing a full range of estate planning, trust planning, probate, tax planning, and charitable planning services as well as acting as an executor, trustee or trust protector.
I also act as outside general counsel for non-public companies.

Estate of deceased spouse-will probated
