Court found in favor of our client and set aside the transfer of the property that was wrongfully converted thus returning a substantial asset to the estate. Case eventually settled through mediation.
Case settled for a substantial amount (confidential) despite the damaging evidence against the teenager.
Jury found in favor of our client, including an award for attorneys fees.
Jury held in our client's favor finding that she was entitled to full share of estate as a child adopted by estoppel.
Guardianship was initiated for the Aunt and the Deeds were set aside and property returned to her estate.
