Biography
We are a full-service probate firm -- including estate planning (including elder/medicaid planning), guardianship, and probate. We strive to take the fear and unpredictability out of the legal process by being clear on our services and setting flat-fees whenever possible. We handle both planning and contests so we see, from first-hand experience, how to plan to avoid problems. Our goal is achieve the best result for the client, whether that means trial or resolution. In probate matters, the issue is always how to get the needed result for the least cost. To give clients ease of mind, we use flat-fee arrangements in almost all non-contested matters. In contested matters, we carefully work with clients to understand their goals, their budget, and pursue the strategy that gives that result. Many "probate" lawyers know the rules, but don't know how to win cases before a jury. If there is any chance that your case will be contested, I urge you to find a lawyer, like me, who is ready to win your case in court but willing to consider out-of-court settlement when appropriate.

So easy!
David and his team got our estate plan in order and it was so simple. They just ask you some basic but tough questions (about 1hr), and then you're done.
