Biography
I am a person who has overcome great adversity in life by always seeking to learn, grow, live with integrity, and try to help others. I am a fighter, but one who knows the difference between a laser guided missile and a shotgun. One who knows when to talk, when to walk, and when to load for bear.
Why I am an attorney? One of my greatest life joys is helping my clients ensure that they are able to provide a lasting legacy for their families. We provide this protection through our counsel, Wills and Trusts. We also provide our services to the famililies of those individuals who did not have the luxury of wonderful estate planning. Our focus is on ensuring that our client's wishes are carried out properly while at the same time doing all that is reasonable to preserve the family unit. We take that responsibility extremely seriously.
Client service is critical to our success. We only take a limited number of clients to ensure superior service. Phone calls and emails are returned within 2 hours (during normal business hrs) and client's always know the status of their case. Our flat fee ensures quality service and fair and predictable pricing for our clients. We appreciate our clients and say thank you.

Was very disappointed with her performance and advice
It is my opinion that Brita Long had no interest in my case. She did very little paperwork in the timely matter, motions were denined due to being filed without the fees, after several months of "work' was still presenting papers to the court that misspelled my name and confused the opposing party's...

Replied last October 10, 2018Unfortunately, the attorney-client privilege does not allow me to respond to the specifics of this previous clients’ review. My detailed recollections of her case differ from hers significantly. Had she had such concerns during my representation of her and expressed them to me I would have promptly addressed them.
