I had already been around the block with divorce attorneys. Had been overtly frustrated by watching months pass and nothing getting accomplished, but wracking up large hourly bills. I let my current attorneys go and found out about Brita threw a friend. She offered a set rate to me with 6 months of u...nlimited serve and a solid game plan to get my divorce completed. And WOW! I'd barely had her for a week and things were getting accomplished! She's a hardball, go getter, no messing around! I was so overtly thrilled that my year long divorce came to a swift close with her at the helm. I could finally move on with my life! Love Brita and would highly recommend her.

I was overwhelmed with all the paperwork and questions when it came time to file for my divorce. After reviewing family law attorneys and reading reviews, I decided on Ms. Long. It was the best decision I've made. Ms. Long is on top of her game. She responded to all my calls and emails within a time...ly manner. Sometimes you hear about having to wait for calls for days from your attorney (or never calling in some cases). This was not the case with Ms. Long or her legal assistant. She thoroughly explained the process every step of the way. She reassured me when I was unsure. As a stay at home mom of two, now having to go back into the work force at some point, because of Ms. Long, I was awarded a very fair and equitable deal. Ms. Long had a lot of back and forth communication with the ex -spouses attorney, but in the end, I came out on top and was more than pleased with the outcome. She truly had my best interests at heart. One other thing, she gave me her personal cell phone number in case I needed it. I think I called it one time. What attorney gives you their personal cell phone number? I highly recommend this attorney. If I was not pleased with her services, this site would have that review. One thing I would also like to mention. My children are both currently in Jr. High School. I would have never thought to get 'post secondary education' verbiage in my divorce documents. My husband will be responsible for helping with their college education in the future. I never even thought of this (taking it day by day!) Thank you Ms. Long and staff.

When I first took my case to Brita, although, I was very impressed with her, I didn't end up hiring her. A few months fast forward, my attorney, a well reputed 5 star 10/10 attorney in Seattle, deserted me a few weeks before trial. I again turned to Brita. She was going for a surgery in 2 days but be...fore going wrote a powerful motion in my favor. Although I have been wasting money on my divorce litigation, Brita was a godsend angel to me. She knew what exactly I wanted and helped me accomplish just that. Even Wolfgang Anderson refused to get involved in my case as a lost cause. Brita knows what exactly will work in the courtroom. She helped me accomplish my goals when all other attorneys had given up on me and given me less than 5% chance of success. Mind you these were some of the best rated attorneys in Seattle. Brita is therefore to me, simply the best in business.

I can't say enough about what a great attorney and person I have in Brita. I hired Brita very quickly after I filed for divorce looking for someone who would safeguard me and most importantly, my children. When we met, we clicked immediately. She told me "I haven't lost a child yet" and she wasn't... planning on changing that anytime. What looked like a somewhat challenging divorce turned into one of the most adversarial, harrowing and exhausting experiences I have ever had. Brita remained strong, consistent, and very to the point. She went above and beyond by listening to me, and at times giving me advice I didn't want to hear. But she was always spot on. When my dissolution case was at it's worst and time was of the essence, Brita spent her after hours fighting for me, finding me the appropriate resources, and tackled what I thought couldn't be done. My case went all the way to trial. Unfortunately, it was a necessary evil. Brita shined in her presentation at court. Her choice of witnesses and weaving of the case was incredible. In the end, her work at trial ended up in exactly what she said would happen - my children are safe. She was able to finally get to the bottom of what was happening and the final ruling in my case couldn't have been better. I thank Brita for saving my life and that of my children. My children's future is safe. What a gift. Brita - you are my children's guardian angel. I can never thank you enough. Anyone who needs an attorney who is really going to FIGHT for you and knows her stuff - Brita is your gal. In fact, Brita is now my attorney for estate planning.
