Kind to Clients, Killer in Court

I hired Mr. Salata when I was being sued over a contract. Although his specialty is criminal defense, he stepped into my civil case and absolutely proved that he can win in any courtroom. He quickly recognized that the contract was null and void, did the deep research, and built a flawless defense.... From start to finish, he was thorough, incredibly smart, and always ten steps ahead. One of the things that impressed me most was how accessible and honest he was—he always answered the phone, told me the truth about my options, and never sugarcoated anything. I trusted every word he said, and he earned that trust through his actions. He truly cares about his clients, and you feel that in the way he treats you with patience and kindness. In court, though, he is a completely different person—he does not take anything from anyone. He went after the opposing side like a bear, relentless and unshakable, tearing apart their arguments piece by piece. You can tell he is highly respected in the court system, and that respect worked in my favor. Because of his dedication and skill, I won my case and faced no consequences. I could not have asked for a better outcome, and I know it’s because of the way he fought for me. He is the perfect combination of kind and compassionate with his clients, yet fierce, aggressive, and unstoppable in court. I will always have him on speed dial and will never put my trust in another attorney but him. I recommend him with absolute confidence to anyone who wants an attorney who will truly fight for them.

Very helpful with a letter of explanation to an employer for a past offense

I have a couple charges on my record from when I was a teenager decades ago. I recently accepted a job offer at a new employer and those old charges actually came up on a background check. I was asked by the employer for a letter of explanation. I hired Tom to assist me with crafting this letter of e...xplanation. After spending time reviewing my court documentation, charges, and discussing the circumstances with me, Tom helped me craft a carefully-worded letter that highlighted the most important aspects for an employer to consider about my specific case and the charges I have on my record. Tom has a way with words - a way of describing things that painted me in the most positive, yet honest light. Thanks to Tom's help, I ended up passing the background check and getting the job. This job was a huge opportunity for me so Tom's assistance was worth every penny and then some.
