Due to respecting my client's privacy I will only highlight one case. I believe that this case gives a full picture of who I am as an attorney. I represented the father of a very young infant who's m ... other was preventing him from seeing his son. This was the most difficult case of my career. The mother used every dirty trick in the book. She was a danger to her child, was not bonded with the child, and only fought to get back at her ex boyfriend. Five and a half years, two civil trials, one civil appeal, one criminal trial, one criminal appeal and well over 60 motions her parental rights have been terminated. We managed to protect this little boy and ensure that he has a chance at a wonderful childhood free from continued trauma and chaos. He has a wonderful life. The legal system takes a very long time, but the truth always comes out.
