Knowledgeable, but couldn't help.
Contacted about a landlord vs tenants, was told I would never get the rent owed or repairs done. A 1% chance I would get the repairs done and rent paid back. I'm left high and dry until I find a attorney that will help me. Still looking

Replied last August 12, 2019Funny when I am upfront with someone that they have no chance and it is not worth paying me. Definitely could have been an attorney who deserved a 1 star review if I took your money anyway and was not truthful about the possible outcome. Its Texas, a state founded by debtors, you can waste your money going after the tenants and be out more money or accept reality. Instead I get a 1 star rating for being truthful and not accepting a case I know to be worthless.
