I do like the speediness of a lawyer getting back to you so soon for advice & he was professionally nice. I don't think it was worth $40 though. We spent 7mins on the phone for advice I could've learned on the internet if I had spent more time researching.

I always state that if you have additional questions to please let me know and no additional cost is incurred. To be frank it is not my fault that you chose to seek my advice on something that could have been answered, as you state by looking online!
