Thomas Swain is the MAN!

I had gotten pulled over for speeding (87 mph in a 65 mph to be exact). They also tried to get me for unsafe movement and a cut-in after passing. Essentially bogus charges in my opinion. Thomas was able to completely dismiss everything with the exception of the speeding ticket, which was dismissed via deferred disposition. All in all, I was just glad to keep the charges off my driving record. And yes, I do realize I drive like a maniac at times, so I was not expecting complete dismissal of all 3 tickets without having to do some sort of defensive driving or paying court fees. Only complaint, if any, is that communication could improve, but I also understand that there's really no need to hold your hand for the entire case such as these.

High level of professionalism

Happy with the result from Mr. Swain. Got me from $600 in fines down to $175, and kept my driving record clean. Do not listen to those reviews that still had to pay for deferred disposition, it's actually a great deal because it's not on your records. He is professional and he tries to help you get the best result. You can't expect unreasonable results, such as paying $0 when you were obviously doing something wrong. He is a little slow on response time but overall satisfactory, but I imagine that is because he has a high volume of cases in the first place.

Best Lawyer for Speeding & Traffic Ticket

Looking for a lawyer after I received a speeding ticket, I chose Mr. Thomas. Excellent choice for me. In our first conversation itself, he was too honest about the possible result. Extremely Helpful and Professional

Thomas helped me with a somewhat complicated traffic ticket. I spoke to quite a few lawyers and most of them said there was nothing to do or asked for exorbitant fees. Not only was Attorney Swain affordable he was also the most professional. He was always available and pleasant to speak to and messages and emails were returned promptly. Most importantly he got results. I would certainly use him again if I need and would recommend him to anyone who needs legal help.

Excellent speeding ticket resolution

Mr. Swain did an excellent job of handling a speeding ticket. I had a somewhat complicated (I thought) issue and Mr. Swain was confident he could handle it, and he did. The first attorney I called did not state he could solve it, so I was glad I went for a "second opinion" and got the result I wanted.

Knows his stuff

I called him regarding my traffic ticket but unlike other attorneys I spoke with, he did not pressure me to visit their office, which I appreciated. He provided me with a few options from which I can fight my citation, and I ended up not needing his service as I took the defensive driving course route. I highly recommend him if you need to fight your traffic ticket.

Such a big help!

Recommended!! Solved my traffic ticket problem with no problem what so ever!

Fantastic lawyer, solved my traffic ticket issue while I was living in Beaumont, TX. Fantastic representation and did not even need to drive in to Austin, everything was handled through correspondence for my situation! You really can not find a better solution for a traffic ticket issue or get any better representation than Thomas Swain! Helped get my traffic ticket dismissed

Thomas Swain helped to get my traffic ticket dismissed. We were in and out of court in about 40 minutes. I am very satisfied with the result. I wish I would have been kept informed a little more without me having to reach out, however, once I emailed or called Mr. Swain, he got back to me promptly. Great and Efficient Services

Mr. Swain was really helpful to my case. I contacted him after I got a speeding ticket of driving 46 in a 30 speed limit road. (Speed trap, I think). He was really responsive to all my questions and concerns. He helped me get the case dismissed. What a relief!!! Strongly recommend him for your legal needs.

Reliable and was available to answer all my questions. Showed up at court with me and my ticket was dismissed. Only took about 30 minutes at the court.
