Biography
Jesse spent his first few years after law school practicing criminal defense as an Assistant Public Defender in Laredo, Texas at the prestigious Webb County Public Defender's Office. After several years handling criminal defense on the border, Jesse moved back to San Antonio where he opened his general practice law office.
While Jesse has extensive training and experience in criminal defense, particularly in the areas of DWI defense, drug defense and sexual assault defense. Jesse Hernandez is always looking for new and challenging legal issues to resolve.
