Jesse spent his first few years after law school practicing criminal defense as an Assistant Public Defender in Laredo, Texas at the prestigious Webb County Public Defender's Office. After several years handling criminal defense on the border, Jesse moved back to San Antonio where he opened his general practice law office.

He saved my life!

My ex made her daughter lie and say that I did things to her that weren’t true just because she didn’t want to see me happy with my new life! I hired Jesse and his office to help me fight this crap because it was ruining everything, my new relationship and my job. The lawyers charged a lot of money but I guess it was worth it because eventually Jesse proved that it was all a lie and the charges got dismissed. I would have paid double for that cause the police originally said I’d be in prison til I died!

Most knowledgeable Attorney I know

Jesse is my hero!

Jesse saved my life. My marriage, my job and my freedom were all at risk because of some lies that were being told about me by a bitter ex. Jesse and Stephanie from the office helped keep me sane every time I felt like the world was falling apart on me. I could call them or text them any time and they would get back to me right away. When I was first arrested, I was certain that there was no way I could beat these people. They told me to just trust Jesse and let him do what he could. I'm glad I did. Best attorney everrrrr

This attorney helped me with my case, and got it dismissed in a matter of a couple months!!! I thought it was gonna take longer, but he stayed on top of it and was able to do what he does and got it dismissed!!! I'm so greatful I hired him and his staff! They are really the best!!! I give him 5 stars hands down!!!!!!!!

Best decision ever!!!

My husband and I hired Jesse when my son went to college and was arrested on a drug charge. Our son was speeding and somehow the police man found a back pack in the car that belonged to a girl from school that my son gave a ride to. Apparently there were drugs in the back pack but my son had no idea they were there. The court appointed lawyer that we originally had was horrible. HORRIBLE! Eventually we were referred to Jesse by a former client of his and it was like night and day. Jesse jumped on the case and right away filed a complaint with the courts saying the policemen had no right to search the back pack and the judge agreed and said the prosecutor couldn't use the drugs as evidence. They dismissed the case!! We are so grateful to Jesse and the people in his office.

Great DWI lawyer!

I attended an office party and may have had a little too much to drink. I was stopped by the police on my way home and was arrested for DWI. I was absolutely devastated over getting arrested. I was pretty sure that I was going to get fired from my job and that I would be convicted and go to jail. Jesse and his staff were really nice to me from the first time I met with them. Jesse walked me through the process of what I could expect and how he thought we could win my case. I wasn't a hundred percent sure that he could do everything he said he could but I figured I had nothing to lose. He took my case to trial and we won! he seemed even happier about winning the case than I did! I'll never get in trouble again, but if I do, I'm definitely calling this guy.

amazing lawyer

Choose Jesse Hernandez.

Jesse Hernandez was by far the best choice for my DWI case. I was offered some choices and plea agreements that he felt were not acceptable. However it was his decision and recommendation that I continue to fight because he knew we had the best chance to win and completely have this removed from my record. He fought with me and for me from the beginning, and in the end I was completely pleased with the results. I'd definitely recommend his services.

Case is still pending.

Jesse has been handling my case after a strong recommendation from a friend. I went to my first court date with no lawyer and soon found myself very overwhelmed. I met with him at his office and explained my case and was very relieved to find out that he felt confident he could help. Since then, he has made his strategy clear and explained his next move. Excellent communication by him and his team. I've never had much need for a lawyer before. But now that I do, at least I have a go to guy.
