Had a case that was long 2013 case settled in june13 2017 here we are in january5 2018 and they have not paid me ive been calling ever since lady tells me its becuase of a lein which i have confirmed has been paid since july then she wouldnt take my calls and put me in touch with book keeper which to...ld me it was cause doctor hasnt responded then i called him next day to question charges and from one day to next he tells me ok doctor has been paid how is that possible if he has to make check and he would need time to cash it on my charges was a 8000 depo charge which someone who works for law has suggested noone pays that much even if there was a doctor present which there wasnt. Went to see them right before Christmas cause i had been calling for my money the guy said the bank was holding check cause of the doctors 5000 bill then he said as a favor to me he would give me a 10000 check which i took cause i took out a loan which im paying intrest for i let him know this he said he would get them to pay intrest although i dont know who is them that are paying intrest all this time it was me calling and staying in touch trying to get paid from my position i csn honestly say these guys are taking advantage becuase i am a immigrant and my lack of knowledge of how this works is obvious to them i have 3 people that work for law firms and tell me this should not be anyone looking for a lawyer should concider my experience if they do this to me it could be anyone else my next step to take is to file a grievance and see if they can help me collect my own money that i suffered and still do
