Never once felt heard or sufficiently represented
If I could give zero stars, I would. Please do yourself a favor and look for better counsel. I can only speak for Amy Owen and Irene Gonzales, but they are both absolutely terrible. THIS ATTORNEY IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. DOESNT SHOW EMPATHY TO HER CLIENTS. DOESNT MEET DEADLINES WHEN SHE SAID SHE WOULD. DOESNT RESPOND BACK TO EMAILS OR TEXT MESSAGES WITHIN A TIMELY MANNER. CHARGES FOR ITEMS WHICH SHE STATES IN THE BEGINNING A CLIENT WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR.
