Biography
Colm Keane has successfully represented people from all walks of life accused of everything from traffic violations to high-level felonies. He is a former Galveston County prosecutor and current criminal defense attorney and is recognized as one of Texas Monthly's Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. Colm has a breadth of jury trial experience involving both misdemeanors and felonies. Colm has worked on many cases resulting in not guilty verdicts, dismissals, or significant reductions for his clients, including Driving While Intoxicated, drug crimes, thefts, firearms crimes, aggravated assaults, and assaults. Additionally, Colm worked as a member of defense teams representing clients accused of murder.
Colm has also helped many clients clear their records of past errors by obtaining expunctions and orders of non-disclosure throughout Texas. During his career, Colm has worked on criminal defense, family law, and various civil cases.
