I got into a situation where I faced a Felony charge. I was very concern I knew that this would have a very big impact on my life depending on how the out come went. I call at least 6 or 7 attorneys and then that’s when I found Richard who had me come in for a consultation where he listened to my case. He made my feel comfortable by answering all of my questions even if some might have seemed silly I was a nervous wreck. By all means I no rich guy but Richard beat other attorneys prices and I feel he did a way better job. Richard was very detailed in handling my case in court and didn’t stop until he got me the results I was looking for. I have had a couple of dealings with other attorneys quick to get your money and it seems you could hardly get them on the phone for a question but EVERYTIME I called Richard office I could get him on the phone or a call back within minutes. Thank you Richard I will tell everyone who ask for an attorney to call you first.

Professional and Responsive
I shot my gun in self defense and immediately called Mr. Hayes. He started working right away to get the charges dismissed. Mr. Hayes was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and was always available when I called. My case was dismissed when it went to grand jury and I am very thankful. Thank you Richard.
Response from Richard Hayes January 15, 2019
Preparing a grand jury packet was the right decision in this case. We worked hard and the grand jury did the right thing.

Explained Everything - Knows Self Defense
I hired Mr. Richard because I was charged with aggravated assault. Mr. Richard explained my options and taught me alot about self defense. We had to go to court many times but he told me that my case was good because of the self defense law. After that, my case was dismissed. I cannot thank him enough I have never been charged with a crime before.

AA case
Great lawyer, explain everything and goes step by step with you true the whole process. Know how to talk to DA, to the point for getting my case dismissed with out going to trial.
Response from Richard Hayes January 7, 2018
Self-defense cases can be challenging! We stuck to our guns and held the state to its burden of proof. As a result, the case was DISMISSED! I’m proud of the result we achived in this case.

Unfortunate times, make you realize the great fortunate in having a great lawyer.
I believe this is true in Richard. He toke time to understand my case, and do research. He kept me up to date, and I felt he was being honest with me. He not only worked to conclude my case in a satisfactory manner. But worked all options to get me the best possible outcome. He was able to conclude everything faster then I expected. I would use Richard Hayes again. But hopefully I'll never have to see his face again.

Got to work fast in this incident! Understanding the grand jury system is critical which led to this case being no-billed. This was best possible outcome given the circumstances.

Aggravated assault with deadly weapon
I was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. I made bail and contacted Mr. Hayes immediately to discuss the case. After discussing the case, Mr. Hayes assured me that he would get this case dismissed. My court date was set a month following my release from jail. Mr. Hayes contacted me 2 weeks later and said my case was dismissed and that I didn't even have to appear in court. Also my 2 firearms were taken, and he also was able to get the the DA to get my firearms return to me. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Hayes if you're looking for a good criminal defense attorney. He was very professional and I had great comfort knowing I had a great attorney working hard on my case. I was very happy with the results.
