Richard D. Hayes, II is a former senior felony prosecutor with extensive criminal trial experience. Richard earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, in 2013 and was admitted to the Texas Bar the same year. Before law school, he received his B.S. in Maritime Administration with a minor in Economics from Texas A&M University. At Texas A&M, Richard was distinguished as a Research Scholar. Richard is also a native Texan, parliamentarian, outdoorsman, pistol instructor, and Eagle Scout.

I was attacked by a police officer and was forced to defend myself. The Sheriff wanted to charge me with a crime but Mr. Hayes shut that down immediately.. I didn’t even have to go to court. Thank you!

I shot my gun in self defense and immediately called Mr. Hayes. He started working right away to get the charges dismissed.
