Works for CAPDS but won’t respond

Katie is the supervisor of my attorney Matthew Shrum who will not reapond to my urgent matters regarding a time sensitive legal matter. I would stress great caution while using the legal advice or counsel of KatieZ

Literally Saved My Future

I was charged with a Class A Misdemeanor right around the time I was involved in the hiring process for a 6 figure salary job. I stressed to Katy Jo, probably more times than she liked (I was a basket case with her at times, I’m not gonna lie) how much I needed to get my case resolved in a specific t...ime period in order for my new employer to actually hire me. She always responded by text as if we were friends, which really helped put me at ease. On my first court date the prosecutor was on vacation so the one filling in was unwilling to deal with us. On the first reset date, Katy Jo walked into the court room with a team of two other attorneys and basically took the place over. I felt like a celebrity. 10 minutes later she waved to me to follow her out of the court room and said the case was dismissed. I’d never been charged with anything other than traffic violations before this, and I’m glad I had Katy Jo Muncie in my corner.

Very Thorough

Proficient counsel

Katie Jo Muncie did an excellent job with my case. She researched the law to help prove my case. She was assertive, confident, and straight forward in the court room. It was obvious to me that she would do what it takes to prove mine, or any other case. She is not afraid, nor intimidated to speak her... mind which made me feel assured in her abilities. Going to court is never a good experience, but with Katie Jo Muncie as my attorney, I felt prepared and confident.

Simply the best!!

I hired Katy Jo Muncie to handle a criminal case for me in 2015/2016. She thoroughly researched my specific case and successfully defended me in court. In the court hearing, she asked good questions and prepared me very well for the cross examination. What specifically impressed me was how she tho...ught on her feet to counter the prosecution's points. She went point for point and thoughtfully responded respectfully to each point. This was a long process (almost 12 months total). She communicated with me constantly and kept me apprised of any and all changes and communications. I cant think of anything she could've done differently. I am completely satisfied with her representation of me in this case and would recommend her services to anyone.
