Real Estate Law Experience Includes - Preparation of Real Estate Documents including general warranty deeds, deeds of trust, bills of sales, office leases, commercial leases, individual tenant renter leases, mineral rights leases, security interests, promisstory notes, deeds of trust, partition deeds, easements, and restrictive covenants. Experience includes frequently drafting various real estate documents for local title companies.
Estate/Probate Law Experience Includes - Preparation of Wills, Codicils, Directives to Physicians, Durable Powers of Attorney, Medical Powers of Attorney, Special Needs Trusts, Family Trusts, and Living Trusts. Experience in Probate includes Drafting Applications for Probate of Will, Hearings on Application to Admit Will to Probate, Hearings and Proceedings on Applications to Determine Heirship and Applications to Administer Estate When There is No Will, Draft Notice to Beneficiaries, Draft Notice to Creditors, and Prepare Inventories for Submission by Estate.
Frequent appearances in Walker, San Jacinto, Madison, Leon, Grimes, Montgomery, Trinity, or Polk Counties. Available to practice in State Court (Municipal Courts, Justice Courts, County Courts, County Courts-At-Law, and District Courts) within the State of Texas.

They don't get any better then Patti J Hightower
The man I'm now married to was in the process of a divorce, and wanted me to research Huntsville area lawyers, after doing my research, I told him to go with Patti and we didn't go wrong. Patti got us everything we asked for PLUS things we didn't know to ask for. Yes Patti we are now married.
