About Brian

Learn Brian’s areas of practice.

I believe that a mistake should not ruin the rest of a person's life.  I work with good people that have been accused of criminal offenses.  Criminal cases have severe consequences.  Many of these consequences occur outside the court case and have long lasting impacts on a person's life.  Together my clients and I develop a unique strategy that is tailored to each client's case.  We then implement that strategy to protect their lives, livelihoods, and rights.  I have found this approach provides the best defense against criminal charges.

A bad day!!!
Went to Texas to deal with a family emergency. Left with a possession charge. When I got home I researched attorneys in tarrent county. I found Mr. Newman on Google, after MANY calls to different attorneys. Brian was very professional and patient, assured me that this would pass. He handled the situation like he said he would. Thanks for help and protecting my future! Randy

Extremely satisfied client
Mr. Newman was an excellent help to my case. I had a possesion of marijuana case and was extremely pleased with the outcome of my case. I will recommend him in the future to anyone I know that has a need for a criminal justice attorney, and should I ever need his services again I will gladly contact him. He is a very straight forward and no nonsense individual and it was a pleasure being assisted by him.
