I was a client of Kurt Arbuckle
He claimed he would fight for me against the insurance company, but when the insurance company gave a low offer , he did not seem to know what to do and withdrew from my case and I am now without an attorney

Thank you for your feedback. Sure, I like to see positive reviews, but a negative review is valuable, as it lets me know where to look to make my clients' experience even better. I will go back over our relationship from the very beginning to see what I and my staff can do to make every client's experience as good as the circumstances allow. I am sorry our relationship did not end on a positive note. I do insist that in representing a client, I be allowed to use my judgment to decide the best approach. I believe that is why a client hires me. You will have plenty of time to find a lawyer who is more in accord with your view of how to proceed with your case, and as I have said, I will be glad to provide any help to that lawyer you authorize me to give.
