Jeff Weinstein has been a lawyer since 1987 and has helped people with civil legal matters in Henderson County and throughout all of Texas since 1996. Jeff is proud to be an advocate for the people who have been injured by the actions of others.
Jeff loves Henderson County. He brought back the Uncle Fletch Hamburger event to Athens. With the support of our local McDonalds and Whataburger, the 2017 Uncle Fletch Hamburger Festival drew over 7,000 patrons.
In 2016, Jeff was selected by lawyers all across the Country as the Pro Bono Lawyer of the year for his work in educating teenagers on the dangers of distracted driving. “I believe it is our responsibility as lawyers to make our neighborhoods safe, distracted driving is something we can work together on to save lives.”
Several years ago, Jeff talked long time local journalist, Michael Hannigan, into joining him to create Weinstein Law's Henderson County Now. HCN is a free, online newspaper for everything local in Henderson County. Today, HCN has over 28,000 subscribers. It is the most reviewed newspaper in Henderson County.
Realizing that there are never enough things for retirees to do, Jeff created the Silver Screen Movie Club. SSMC gives seniors an opportunity to socialize together while watching a free movie each month.
Jeff has three teenage daughters. He loves community service, helping people in many charitable and philanthropic endeavors, playing golf (although it isn’t pretty) and reading.
He attended the University of Texas at Austin and obtained a Finance Degree in 1983. He then attended Southern Methodist University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 1986. Jeff also has a real estate broker’s license.

I highly recommend Jeff!
Jeff and his legal team helped me after I was injured in a car wreck. They kept me informed throughout the process and worked diligently until my case was settled. For me, the best part was no longer having to deal with the insurance adjusters myself. Jeff was able to get all of my medial bills paid with plenty of extra money in my pocket. I highly recommend Jeff Weinstein for anyone looking for a personal injury attorney. He takes the bull by the horns and will exceed your expectations!

Great experience!
I don't usually leave reviews online, but this is something I feel strongly about! I really had little idea of what went into handling a car wreck claim. I thought it was just worked out between the parties involved and insurance companies. I learned my lesson fast! As soon as I called for a consultation, Weinstein Law was so helpful! They walked me through the whole process, and I cannot say enough about how pleasant their staff was. Jeff knows his stuff (and so does his staff), he is funny and straightforward. I appreciated that they did what they said they were going to do, and I walked away feeling like I had been treated fairly. If you're on here looking for reviews before you make the call to Jeff's office, just do it!

What I thought was going to be a very trying and difficult situation turned out to be a breeze. It wasn't in the beginning, but as soon as I called Jeff, all my problems went away. Jeff is the most knowledgeable attorney that I have found when it comes to dealing with insurnance companies. No matter your problem, big or small, Jeff will be right there with you every step of the way. From my initial call for help, all the way up to the resolution of my claim, Jeff and his staff made me feel at ease about the whole process. Could not ask for a better attorney.

Don't waste your time or money!
He's a waste of time and $. He is unresponsive basically took my $ and disappeared. I had a property matter to handle from out of town and he did nothing but charge $ and do nothing. He is very unresponsive and untrustworthy. In one word, Run!

I don't work on real estate matters so I have no idea who this is. I would like Roxanne to remove this rating because none of these comments are true. Anyone that knows me knows everything stated here is untrue: We are very responsive, we don't charge by the hour for real estate matters, I don't handle real estate matters out of town and I am happy to show anyone our evaluation forms that show our clients are very happy with our services.
